BIOGRAPHY
Calvin Smith, MA, LPC, has pursued advanced education at leading institutions across the United States to enhance his ability to provide effective and tailored therapy and training. He has trained in four primary disciplines: Christian Counseling, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Educational Leadership and Administration, and Rehabilitation Psychology. In his professional practice, Calvin serves as a counselor and family/divorce mediator and possesses expertise in DUI assessments and disability management. He works with individuals, couples, children, adolescents, and Employee Assistance Programs.
Calvin Smith received his Master of Arts in Christian Counseling from Oral Roberts University, a renowned institution that prepares students for professional licensure in specialized ministries, including clinical mental health counseling and marriage, couple, and family counseling. This program equips students to integrate and ethically apply effective counseling models and theories while maintaining a coherent Biblical and theological perspective, along with sensitivity to the influence of the Holy Spirit. Given that assisting those in need is a fundamental aspect of the Gospel, his training equips him to address the diverse therapeutic needs of individuals worldwide, promoting healing and wholeness in all aspects of life.
